Heavy duty ventilated disc, 4" x 7" [101.6mm x 178mm] series

The 4" x 7" series air ventilated discs are intended to be paired with the Kobelt 5025, 5026,  & 5030 caliper brakes for heavy duty braking applications.  They are the disc of choice for heavy duty tensioning and braking applications across all industries. The 4" x 7" series discs are available in five different sizes ranging from a nominal diameter of 30" [762 mm] to 54" [1372mm]. 

Cast in ductile iron, the 4" x 7" series brake discs are also available in bronze for corrosive environments.  These discs can also be supplied to fit specific mounting configurations as required by our customers.
