Air-Applied Caliper Disc Brake

Constructed primarily of bronze and stainless steel, Kobelt's 5027-A air-applied caliper disc brake is an ideal choice for service braking applications in the harshest environments.  The 5027-A uses a double diaphragm actuator design for accurate control making it well suited for service braking applications on winches, pleasure craft and other light duty applications.

The 5027-A comes in several different mounting configurations, matched well to Kobelt's 2" [51mm] x 4" [102mm] ventilated discs, with a minimum 28" [711mm] diameter, and a maximum disc diameter of 75" [1.905m].  

All Kobelt brakes feature a shoe design which allows the brake pads to be easily and quickly changed while leaving the caliper in place.
