The 7168 Rudder Feedback Unit (RFU) is designed to be mechanically connected to the rudder stock, to feed back rudder angle position data to auto-pilots, rudder angle indicators, and full follow-up control systems.
The 7168 is a basic unit available with either 1 or 2 potentiometers and no switches or trim pots. It is constructed of bronze and stainless steel for marine environments and durability. Standard is 1kΩ potentiometer(s).
